This modification shortens the distance of the bowden tube and eases the feed. Improves print quality, filament handling and enhances the stability of the cable hose.

  • Remove back right corner cover
  • Reposition feed stepper motor as shown in the pickture 
  • Position filament feed
  • Position hose clamp 
  • Optional: move filament detection towards old feed stepper motor position
