Lumen PnP Ploopy Feeder

This is a remix of the Ploopy Pick-and-Place Feeder that has been modified to work with the Lumen PnP, along with several improvements to the basic mechanisms to improve reliability.

• Added a mounting bracket for installation on the Lumen PnP feeder rail
• Changed the angle of the lever arm to clear the Lumen PnP staging plate
• Added an integrated reel holder
• Angled the tape ejection chute downward to clear the bottom of the component reel
• Improved the tape peeler blade design
• Added a printed spring to press the tape against the peeler blade
• Improved the ratchet wheel interface strength
• Added an optional version of the ratchet wheel that doesn't require the use of a bearing
   

Required hardware:

• 6x M3x16 flat head cap screws
• 6x M3 nuts
• 1x M3 washer (install between the lever arm and the feeder body)
• 1x 10x15x4mm 6700 ball bearing (optional)
• 1x 0.5x5x25mm compression spring

Suggested print settings:

Material: PLA+/PETG/ASA
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Line Width: 0.4mm or less for the ratchet wheel, 0.4-0.6mm for everything else
Infill: 20%, cubic
Supports: Only needed for the ratchet wheel.  From bed only.

While it may be possible to adapt this feeder design to other tape widths, the fold-over cover tape peeler design really only works for 8mm tape.  Maybe 12mm at most.  Larger tape sizes would need a new cover tape takeup system, which is not addressed by this design.
