Planet Unknown Locked Tech

I made a simple locked tech tile that goes into the tech slot to make it easier to know what is unlocked to use.

I made it 1mm high so it fits into the slot and back into the insert without affecting the height of all the player boards.

Also included a small missed token to mark of any rows or columns that should not score.
