Notes:
This must be printed at 0.1mm layer heights. The first layer can be thicker, but must still be a multiple of 0.1mm for the surface pattern to be reproduced correctly.
The printer I used has a 0.3mm nozzle, but in theory it should work up to about 0.5mm. Let me know if you have success with other nozzles.
