Better Rose Stem for 7cm Rose

Thanks to Olafejs idea, I have made a remix of two rose stem projects:

to make a more realistic rose stem for the 7cm of the Spiral Vase Rose with bottom by lytta found here https://www.printables.com/model/131488-spiral-vase-rose/files  This stem has also been thickened to adjust for the added mass of the 7cm Rose version.

Recommend to print with 4 walls and minimum 20% infill to add strength at 0.2mm layer height.
