DJO Mini 3 Pro Charging/Cooling Base

This is a charging and cooling base for a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone. I highly recommend printing in a “crystal” PLA filament so you can see the status light of the drone charging through =)

The Mini 3 pro has no internal fan and so it uses the drones own movement to push air in through the front grille behind the camera/gimbal and back over the cpu and heat sink, and out the back vent holes.

Its likely that a fan mounted on this cooler should suck air out of the drone as a result, though its not clear to me how much difference that would make.

• It has a spot for a 92mm fan or 80 mm (I am using Noctua NF-A9) to be bolted onto the cooler,
• a hole for a magnetic charging cable (do not glue the end of the cable, rather let it be flexible so it can move to where the magnetic piece is on the drone)
• a hole for a micro switch to turn on the fan when the drone is put into the base.

I actually print this without supports to save time and filament - the first overhangs look like garbage but there internal.
