Ender 3 Multi-Speed Knob

Knob has 3 "layers", one larger gear at the bottom for fine movements, the middle one is great for quicker and the small top for quickest (ie moving Z axis or extruder).  The largest is near the same size as the stock E3 Knob but the smallest is near a pencil size. Has beveled edges on the gears teeth so its not sharp on your fingers. 

Print without supports and with bridging enabled.
