Wire Grommet Upgrade for Uplift Desks and others

This design was born out of the fact the the factory wire grommets on my white uplift desk were not the same color white as my desk.  I also wanted to extend the USB ports from the back of my computer to the top of my desk for easier access.  So this is what I came up with. 

The parts Screw Cover - [Left,Right] will need scaled depending on your printer and filaments.  On my heavily modified Ender 3 Pro wehn I printed them at 96% scale they friction fit well.
