Porsche 944 ashtray

This ashtray replacement is for Porsche 944 type 2 / 85.5. I use it in my 1986 N/A. Replaces original ashtray and also adding a hole for my garage door opener, which is a Hörmann HSZ2. The opener will fit lowered in the hole.

This model is based on a model of the ashtray put out on Thingiverse.

Printed it with ASA filament.

Print instructions

Use appropriate filament. I used ASA because it is almost the same as ABS, but also adds UV radiation protection.

Use supports.

Had some issues with supports breaking loose from the build plate, so clean yours before printing this long print.

Should probably do some surface treatment to make it look really nice.
