I worked in radio in the old days, and I always loved the “fluted” control knobs on the analog control boards we used before sliding /fader type controls were commonplace.
This collection of knobs is based on an earlier design I did that I made some improvements to.
It also prints way better in PLA than it does in PETG. Its also a good idea to use variable layer heights to print the dimples at a lower layer height for improved detail. This is reflected in the gcode i've attached. Please note the gcode includes all four knobs.
Each model just has a different configuration of the nubs/indentations depending on which one you prefer. Will work on any standard 6mm potentiometer stalk.
Printed with 0.4mm nozzle in Overture PLA+ and variable layer heights. No supports needed.
I used filament swaps to add in contrast, but you don't have to.
