Prusa i3 Mk3 reverse Bowden PTFE connector

Printable files are with and without thread. The thread fits m10 ptfe connectors. You can also simply not print a thread and cut one in afterwards.

Or load the sketch into fusion360 and edit it according to your needs. ;-)
