Bosch Rexroth 3030 extrusion right-angle connector

Cap height parameter can be changed in the Fusion 360 model to create a custom component.

Use an 10mm long M6 round head screw to secure the bracket to the extrusion. A longer screw bottoms out in the extrusion and a shorter one is not providing enough thread for a secure fit.

PLA and PETG filament is probably the best material to use for printing. Use 3 perimeters and also 3 top and bottom layers with 20% infill. Print it without any supports, but rotate the bracket onto it's 45-degree side.
