The holes for the tips are 7mm in diameter for the older style 900M-series Hakko tips, including various adopters / clones / knockoffs of that form such as Aoyue. The tiny hole holds a Dremel-style tool such as the brass bristle brush that I use more to clean the printer nozzle, but it's occasionally been useful when soldering, too. Large hole is for a flux pen and the wider slot is for a little can of tip tinner. Hopefully that paste is solid enough it doesn't mind being tilted... guess I'll find out!

If you want to adjust the hole sizes, the FreeCAD file is set up pretty well for making tweaks.

Filament: Atomic ABS UV-reactive neon yellow

Notes:

Didn't need to be ABS (if I somehow rest a soldering iron on it, it's not going to matter whether it's PLA or PC!), but I'd had this filament for a while and it seemed like a good use.
