XTAR PBS2 18650-Only Insert

The XTAR PBS2 is compatible with 21mm and 18mm OD batteries (21700, 18650). As a result though, 18650 batteries can rattle loose when in motion and not make good contact.

If you are only using 18650s, you can print and use this shim to significantly reduce the rattle. Cutouts on the bottom and top help you install the insert, and the center slot clearance preserves the ribbon's functionality.
