During use, the gardening rake always breaks its teeth. I wanted to have rake with replaceable teeth so I have designed one and printed it. The teth click into the rake body and are easily replaced if broken. The rake is designed also with a replaceable connector , so you can adopt it to different type of rods, handles. The included connector attaches to a usual Gardena rod.
I have printed the rake halves and the 21 teeth using the generic 0.2mm speed settings with 20% infill but with 3 perimeters and "detect bridging perimeters" without support. The Connector part was printed with 100% infill on a Prusa I3MK3 printer. The connector shall be printed in horizontal position with support on build plate only enabled to make it strong enough.
The two halves of the rake are connected with 3pcs M4 bolts and nuts. You can reinforce the connecter with a 130mm long 4mm diameter steel or carbon rod glued in with epoxy if you want.
I have uploaded the 3mf files if you want to slice
