This Thing is a power supply mount for any printer that used 20-2020 extrusion for a frame. It was designed specifically for a Flsun Delta Kossel but it should work for others as well. The Flsun Delta comes with a very generic power supply that poses a couple of problems. The first is there is no enclosure provided. The wires/terminals of the power supply are exposed to possible contact and dangerous shock or short. Another problem is there is no strain relief provided for the power plug wires. Another shock or short risk if the wire gets jerked and it pulls out of the terminals. Even with an enclosure the power supply would be taking up valuable work space if it is not mounted on the printer.

This Thing mounts the power supply to the printer, provides some coverage of the wires and terminals and provides a attachment point for strain relief on the power cord.

Unfortunately I didn't allow a wire channel so the wires have to be run through the bottom of the bracket before they are attached to the power supply. It is an Oops! but I didn't feel like taking the time to modify the design and reprint the part.

See print settings below for more info.

I used M4x8mm flat head screws into Flsun's square nuts to mount the bracket to the frame extrusion and M3x8mm screws to mount the power supply to the bracket. Attach the power cord to the bracket with 2 zip ties for strain relief.

.35 layer

20% See note below

Notes:

I printed this on its back with support set to everywhere.

Also, set your perimeter wall thickness to 1.5mm. That will make the 3mm walls of the part print solid and help prevent cracking along layer lines.

The .35 layer resolution is not required, it just speeds up printing.
