Reprap Full Graphic LCD housing for Hypercube

This is a remix of d3delta3d's "Reprap Full Graphic LCD housing."

Changes made:

• Moved the cable access to the bottom of the housing
• Moved the fastening holes to allow it to be attached to 3030 extrusion
• Modified the emergency stop button to include a shroud to protect it from being pressed accidentally.
• Adjusted position of SD card slot.

The front cover is held on with 2 x M3 x 16mm screws and nuts and 2 x M3 x 25 screws.

The emergency button shroud is glued on with a little super glue.
