I bought these puffy sheep-leather earpads to upcycle my old custom street headphones, but when i went to change the earpads i noticed that the stock ones were glued to the interface rings, and ontop of that the rings had been shattered by daily adventures, so i decided to copy the design and spent a few days prototyping and trying out various hundreds of millimeter changes until i was happy with the fit.
Designed to go on and stay on, have not tried resin-printing the rings but you might have to change scaling by 0.x percentage to achieve perfect lock and fit.
Printed with ABS (use what you got, except TPU)
Print with maximum 0.2 layer height to retain the features necessary for function.
Supports on (overhanging lip)
Enjoy and i hope it serves some purpose for the few Custom Street owners left in the world.
