Topeak Ratchet Rocket Belt Clip

This is a CNC/machining/metal CAD. The holes will not be dimensionally correct through 3D printing due to shrinkage, & probably all the holes will be too tight. I won't make a 3D printing specific CAD unless I get explicit interest therefor.

I rendered this in aluminum a few years ago with a Tormach 1100 CNC, & it was kind of heavy. I carried it extensively for about a year. A few photos of that are available. I lost the CAD, so I made another one. I pulled all the measurement off of the existing piece. I added a huge slot in the middle to reduce weight & unnecessary material.

18 Dec 2016: Added another version, _2, which has even more weight/redundancy reduction.

21 Dec 2016: Forgot to mention, I think this fits an 1.5" wide belt.

Assembly & Materials

You will need the two countersunk 2 mm bolts that come with it. Just place it on the case, drop the bolts through, & tighten.

You may need to do some filing to get the corner/fillets to fit.
