PDF

A gauge used to quickly mark locations on the ends of a 2 x 4" beam (actually 1.5" x 3.5" = 38.1 x 88.9 mm).

Based on this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rakuda-2-4-Square-Ruler/dp/B001Y51VUI

There's another version with a third side to fully lock the gauge relative to the beam.

Edit the SLDPRT as you wish, but be warned that the VarPattern features take a bit to render.

You need to disable trailing zeros under Document Properties, quit, & restart SW so that the numbers render without x.00.

Features

  • 1 & 10 mm graduations
  • 2 sides: 89 x 89 mm & 38 x 89 mm
  • 50 x 50 mm square on the main face with hole pattern on the corners & midpoints
  • 89 mm side split into thirds, quarters, & halves on all edges & the corner
  • secondary face: hole grid spaced along half & quarter of 38 mm side, & quarter of 89 mm side
  • choil cut out of contacting inside corner
