I have added a version for 8x3mm magnets.
My chamber temperature was at 40°C when the door and top lid were closed. The Spacer creates a 7-8mm gap on the top cover for printing PLA. It allows hot air to vent out from the top. This prevents the enclosure/chamber temperature from rising too high, causing nozzle clogging. The upside of the temp reduction is that both my part cooling and Aux fan are blowing cooler air on the PLA prints, improving the finish. The slope is <2°. This prevents the spools to roll backward in the AMS when placed on the top cover.
STL is for the left side, you have to print a mirror image to get the right side too. It requires 4pcs of 6x3 button magnets if you want the Wedge to clip onto the printer frame. An optional strip of thin art foam can be used to line the contact with the top cover.
BOM:
6x3 button magnets 4pcs
thin art foam (optional)
Caveat: This design is free for the benefit of the community. It may not be useful for everyone, it's more for users who house their printers in hot and humid environments. Hence, print at your own discretion.
