This holds your 1/4" dowell drill bit at a 30° angle.
I was repairing a 100 year old cross member from a chair. I wanted a dowell in there to give it some strength. You could do the same thing with a Kreg Jig, but that is a 3/8" dowell and a 15° angle so that means a longer and wider hole.
Print with some infill so it doesn't get squished when you clamp it in place and have 4-5 perimiters so the drill doesn't cut through it as easily. I would expect this to only last for a handful of holes.
