This is a series of simple nut helpers to retain an inexpensive M3 T-Slot Nut in the locked position within the extrusion. I designed this primarily for mounting Linear Rails to a 2020 V slot extrusion. Therefore all the variants are set to 25mm centres to allow for this.
Note: The helpers are required to be inserted prior to assembly of the frame. They will not work if a clear end to the extrusion is not available for insertion.
I have included a step file for remixing for personal needs or variants.
I have printed in PETG to provide a little more flexing to the nut retention @ 100% infill.
This really does not need to be a tight fit as long has the T Nuts are captive to the part.
No supports are required.
Very fast little printed parts that are worth making for stock when using up the tail end of a roll of filament.
