Soldering Iron: https://amzn.to/3P8uAoa

40MM fan: https://amzn.to/3JHqrb7

USB to 12V Cable: https://amzn.to/3nQ8Dyu

Phone Webgrip: https://amzn.to/3PmukSF

Phone Sticky Pad: https://amzn.to/3c8ae0d

This project has only been tested to work with the iPhoneX, if you do not have an iPhoneX you can alternatively use the Universal Phone mount along with the webgrip and sticky pad linked above.

Assembly:

(Note if you are not using an iPhoneX please attach the Webgrip FIRST before welding the base and Universal ‘Case’ together)

1: Weld the base and the case together with a soldering iron or a method of your choice. It should be offset as shown in the cover photo.

2. Attach the fan to the fan bracket doing this now will make it easier.

3. Weld the heatsink support to the assembled case+base, then weld the fan mount with the fan pre-attached to the heatsink support.

4. Attach the heatsink (link above) to the iPhone using the thermal pad included to the iPhone in the same location as in the video (just under the camera)

5. Drop in the phone with heat sink and it is now fully assembled.

6. Cut and strip the wires on the USB cable (linked above) and wire directly into the fan.

Note you may or may not need the support bar to help reduce strain on your HMC
