Dimpled LCD Knob

This dimpled LCD knob looks and works great.  The concave shape easily turns between thumb and forefinger and the concave top makes button presses easy.  It mounts firmly to any RepRap LCD-based printer with no play.  Special thanks to @layer.works for their negative volume generator, you saved me a bunch of time!
