clean OLED cover for Prusa i3 MK3/S/S+ or Caribou MK3/S/S+ without text

This is a remix of the original OLED cover from Caribou3D for the LDO OLED display for a cleaner look or to add your own text or logo.

I also added the mounts for Prusa i3 MK3/S/S+ (own design based on Caribou parts) and Caribou MK3/S/S+ in the 3mf- and gcode-files.

You can use all 4 screws in the Prusa front plate to mount the OLED display.

Please remember to also flash the firmware if you want to use an OLED display on your Prusa instead of the original LCD, that comes with the Prusa i3 MK3/S/S+.
