Use a brim if you have bed adhesion or curling issues.
Print the base with extra perimeters and a high temp to prevent leaking. If there are still leaks, seal the base with Mod Podge or similar plastic-safe varnish.
M3 Bolts or Glue Bolts can be as short as 4mm or as long as 16mm
Assembly
Attach fountain parts to their plates using glue and/or M3 bolts.
Place pump(s) in the base wherever you want a fountain to start.
Thread the pump cord through the base until you reach the side of the base where you want it to come out.
Snap in fountain parts.
Fill fountain with water.
Test. Adjust the pump flow accordingly.
Add extra decoration (stones, plants, 3D prints) as desired.

Plateau - A series of floating basins which pour water out on one side.
Rhythmic - A tilting hollow bar that gives a percussive hit every 1-4 seconds. This is based on a Japanese Shishi-odoshi.
