DCC Pola Housing

This is a housing for the DCC Pola utility created by fichtelbahn.de (https://www.fichtelbahn.de/dcc_pola.html). The tool helps locating the right polarity on digital modeltrain layouts. I wanted some protection for the naked PCB. Both parts fit together without screwing, the PCB is held in place by the edges of the cover part. The build is designed to fit for the polarity checker with LEDs placed on front. There are some options for placing the through hole parts on the PCB, thus it may not fit with every assembly. To make the jacks on top of the PCB accessible, the cover part need to be reworked.

I printed the bottom half with PETG and the upper half with PLA (to have different colors), both materials work well together.

Print time for both shells is about 85 min in good quality, with a consumption of about 12 gr filament.
