Philips Saeco Minuto Cappucino Milk Jug Pipe

The pipe that connects to the tubing to the milk jar dispenser head broke in our Philips Saeco Minuto. Spent a couple of minutes designing this part as a replacement.

Note that the part I made have a couple of differences from the original part, namely;

1. Has a rim on the middle to stop the tubing slipping on too far and to stop the pipe going too far into the dispensing head

2. Outer diameter is increased so that the walls of the pipe is 1.2mm instead of 1.0mm. My printer has a nozzle size of 0.4mm, and I wanted multiple of that for the wall thickness (3, in this case)

So it's not a 1:1 replacement part, but it works perfectly. I'm not sure about the increased area for the inside of the tube and food safety. We're rinsing the pipe and tubing often and thoroughly.
