PRUSA MINI - sprung legs TPU-TPE

You will need 4x M5 profile nuts and a M5x16 round head screw

You need to melt the screw head into the rubber foot, I did this by heating the screw head and then slightly pressing it into the foot, repeating the process as needed until the necessary hole for the screw head was created.

I recommend printing with PET-G, then placing supports on the small foot under the screw hole

Printing recommendations:

layer between 0.2 and 0.3 3x perimeter 8x bottom and top layer at 0.2 at 0.3 6x bottom and top layer

Print the model with the TPU label only with TPU material, the softer the better, soft TPE can also be used

layer 0.2 on 2 perimeters only linear filling at 15%

Budete potřebovat 4x matici do profilu M5 a šroub M5x16 s kulatou hlavou

Je třeba do gumové nohy vytavit hlavu šroubu, provedl jsem tak, že jsem hlavu šroubu nahřál a pak lehce zatlačil do nohy, dle potřeby jsem postup opakoval, až vznikl potřebný otvor pro hlavu šroubu.

Doporučuji tisk s PET-G, dále umístit podpory na malé noze pod otvorem šroubu

Doporučení tisku:

vrstva mezi 0.2 az 0.3  3x perimetr 8x spodní a vrchní vrstva na 0,2 na 0,3     6x spodní a vrchní vrstva

model s označením TPU tiskněte z pouze s materiálu TPU čím měkčí tím lépe, je možno použít i měkké TPE

vrstva 0,2 na 2 perimetry výplň pouze přímočará na 15%
