Improved Battery Dispensers with Thumb Slot

Just like the original model: print out all the parts of the size you'd like : AA or AAA.

Preparation

Use a pair of needle nose pliers and twist to take out the built-in support. Start from the outside edges and move in toward the back, flattening it out as you go (watch the video if this all doesn't make sense).

Assembly

First glue the front and back to one side, piece-by-piece. Then apply glue to the other panel to mount the other side-plate. Quickly slide in the backplate until it snaps around the front end. Cool your CA glue in the fridge and apply liberally to prevent premature setting.

Slicer tips

I chose to do mine cheaply and quickly: 2 perimeters, no infill, 0.25mm DRAFT profile. Looks fine, and seems to hold up well enough. Example print in Prusament: Galaxy Black and Simply Green.
