XShifter mini pod mounting plate

This is a backing plate for the shifting minipod for the XShifter (https://cell-cycling.com/). The mounting tabs on the back of mine broke off, so I modeled this one. I had to ream out the screw holes with the head of the screwdriver I used for the screws to help get them started. I printed it at 40% while prototyping, but I printed it at 100% for the final product for a little additional strength.
