Nunc Cryobank Vial handle/opener

A handle to open Nunc Cryobank Vials, replacing the original one.

Snaps into the cap just like the original, so it can be used to extract vials as well as to open them.

The nubs in the driver will get worn out over time resulting in a looser grip, so it comes in two parts: handle, and replaceable driver bit. 

Use 0.2 layers for the handle, 0.15 for the bit.
