Orbiter 2.0 smart effector adapter

Adapter to mount an orbiter 2.0 extruder to a smart effector board.

Its probably easiest to print with the orbiter side rotated towards the build plate and with supports for the smart effector mount holes.

It's designed to fit my kossel with 440mm arms and a build plate of 350mm.

The PTFE tube required is 6.5 cm long.
