Prusa LCD Knob - Mix of Old and New Design (with/without D shafted rotary encoder)

Personally, I like the old knob design more because of the curve on it, the new design is too flat that pressing on it feels just wrong, so I get the original file of the new design and merge it into the good old one.

There are two versions, one with the rotary encoder shaft being D-shaped, and one with it just round, make sure to have the correct one.
