A lightweight case for the AgonLight PCB
The overview of the entire Agon project can be found at https://www.thebyteattic.com/p/agon.html
The PCB is sandwiched using posts matching the PCB screwholes. Both parts of the case are screwed together using M2x16 or M2x20 tapping screws. Tiny clips on the top part help position the case to the bottom part.
Because the PCB is very thin (only 0.9mm), to avoid stress from port insertion/removal, the main ports are individually sandwiched between top/bottom parts. When using a layer height of 0,2mm, this works just fine; I have not tested other layer heights.
The entire case can be customized using the supplied FreeCAD design file, which includes a spreadsheet for most dimensions.
