head(amame) Extras

I built the head(amame) headphones, but I wanted them hard wired. Here are the files for the strain relief, the wire clips for the headband, and printable bumpers.

The strain relief can be held in place by the existing XLR clip. Version 1 has a slit along the side to make inserting the wire easier (or for adding after building). Version 3 only has the slit part way so it looks cleaner when installed.

The bumpers take a m3 x 6-8mm screw from the opposite side of the headband holder, and then screw onto the threads.

There are 2 different styles of clips. The ones on the side are flat on the inside and the top ones have a bevel.

The strain relief and bumpers should be printed in TPU with 2 perimeters and 10% infill.

The clips can be printed the same as all the other head(amame) parts.
