Ender 5 plus Reprap 12864 LCD Screen Mount (from Badadz)

Reupload of badadz's mount on Thingiverse. Just print upside down, can be printed without supports.

"Remix from @Bilgaard mount so this accomodates a Repraps 12864 LCD on the Ender 5 plus. Mount fits the LCD perfectly with a small opening to get to a reset button if needed.

Changes:
Moved knob opening 5mm to right
Added reset button opening 32mm to right of that

Ender 5 plus lcd is closed code and doesn't allow some upgrade boards. My main reason for changing was that the original LCD does not support marlin "Advanced_Pause_Options" which stops you 2 color printing on ender 5 plus with the cura "Change Filament" option.

In the pictured example I printed this on Ender 3 Pro beforehand using filament change option at layer 10 to get the 2 color.
