Assemble the modification as shown in the CAD drawing. 

Use supports and print only in the default orientation
50% or higher infill is recommended with at least 3 walls  

Use the cutting fixture to trim your PTFE tube to the proper length of 80mm for the stock hot-end

you will also need to use a 2 foot (600mm) stepper cable extender
