was flabbergasted that despite the multitude of various fan ducts floating around Thingiverse, NONE of them seemed designed for the CR-10S Pro V2 and Micro Swiss.
This duct is designed for:
CR-10S Pro V2
BLTouch Sensor
Stock fans
Micro Swiss Direct Extrude***
*** Note on the Micro Swiss: I purchased the M2601 version, linked here: https://store.micro-swiss.com/products/micro-swiss-direct-drive-extruder?variant=31316019773507 has a 4-fin hot end. I am now aware (after purchase) that you can buy the M2602 extruder-only version without the hot end, then buy the https://store.micro-swiss.com/collections/cr-10s-pro-v2/products/all-metal-hotend-kit-for-cr-10-pro 5-fin hot end. Fan ducts for both versions are attached.
I have not verified the 5-fin hot end on my build but it's based on the length difference between the 4- and 5-fins as verified by Micro Swiss.
Use M3 screws and 2x M3 nuts to attach (I made a version with captive nuts, but found that with 3x walls you can essentially self-tap with the screws). I added a ziptie location for the cables (break off the designed-in support), modified a ton of tolerances, got the fan ducts adjusted to the proper height with the nozzle, made a permanent BLTouch mount, embossed "CR-10S Pro V2" and "Micro Swiss Direct Extrude" into it to reduce part confusion.
You will have to adjust your x and y probe offset
X = -50mm (50 mm left of nozzle)
Y = -5mm (5 mm in front of nozzle, toward the screen)

I printed in PETG (ASA would be better) without supports, 3x walls, 0.2mm resolution, 30% infill.
