Lids to be printed face down to avoid using any sopport. 

For the indented lid print the badge first so the writing is back to front (flipperd) without brim/skirt. then print lid faced down making sure its lined up with the badge (in your slicer) before deleting badge and printing. 

Indented lid & Badge i used a 0.2mm layer height and for the base i used 0.3mm layer height.
