This Raspberry Pi Zero 2W case was designed around the Geekworm C296 Heatsink to have a low-profile and sturdy construction. The case, heatsink and Raspberry Pi are held tightly together with M2.5 screws and nuts. The nuts are inset flush with the case bottom.
The heatsink cooling allows overclocking the Pi with acceptable thermal margins (at least in my testing with RetroPi).
USB, HDMI, and SDCard ports are accessible but the GPIO and camera connectors are covered since I did not need them.
