This low profile AirTag holder mounts to the bottom of the Quad Lock out front phone mount using the holes meant for the go-pro adaptor.
You will need to pick up two M3-0.5 x 6mm socket cap screws (I got a bag of 3 Everbilt branded ones from Home Depot for 89 cents).
Once I screwed it on and placed the AirTag inside I sealed the lid on using hot glue. When it comes time to change the battery, I plan on breaking it apart and printing another one.
It's a tight fit so the AirTag doesn't rattle but that also means the little speaker isn't very audible (just in case that's a deal breaker).
Just in case you want to design something yourself I included a picture of the mounting pattern with measurements in mm.

Important notes on gcode:
The files were sliced with a 90.9% flow rate after an initial 100% layer. That's what works best with my printer after calibrating e-steps. Unless you have an ender 3 v2 that behaves the same way, you should definitely slice the model yourself.
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
