Respirator style stopgap face mask

This is a remix of the Stopgap Face Mask (SFM) found on https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013429.

Made changes to optimize it for a FDM printer

Changed the filter frame to more of an insert friction style.

Changed the mounting brackets to be closed and not open.
