You will need to replace the belt as it needs to be a bit longer.  I don't remember if I used the same M4 bolt that was holding the original idler pulley to hold the bracket on or if it needs to be longer.  You can reuse the old idler pulley even tho the new holder is designed for an M3 bolt however I suggest replacing it with one that has teeth to help prevent the belt from deforming as it goes around so just get one with a 3mm hole if you do.  To assemble, put the idler holder in to the bracket and then insert a 30mm long M3 bolt through the idler holder and be sure to apply some CA glue or similar adhesive on the back of the bolt head and sink it on all the way.  You may want to use a nut to pull the bolt head all the way in to the idler holder.  The knob needs a M3 nut in the indent and this should be facing away from the bracket so it doesn't get pulled out when tightening.  Pay attention when you are tightening to the belt tension and keep in mind that the drive pulley is sticking out on the motor shaft.  If you use the heated bed then you should print every thing in PETG or another temperature resistant material.  The knob and idler holder are the same ones I used for my Y tensioner
