Z-Endstop for Klipper Auto Z Calibrate (Mercury One with Stock Ender 5/Plus Bed)

Items needed:

• 1x HartK Voron Sexbolt Mod kit (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256804029717900.html)

Optional:

• M3 screws and D5xL4 heat-set inserts (4x/3x for Ender 5/Pro, 5x/4x for Ender 5 Plus)
• 1x M3 nut for brush lock
• Brass Masonry Brush (https://www.amazon.com/Curved-Masonry-Bristle-Cleaning-Welding/dp/B08726BW77 or similar)

Print Orientation:

• Ender 5/Pro - Print on its side, so angles are 45 degrees. Minimal support is needed.
• Ender 5 Plus - Print on the side opposite the PCBA connector opening.

These models are tailored to Ender 5/Pro/Plus which have been converted to the ZeroG Mercury One CoreXY system.

Ender 5/Pro version mounts to the rear of the bed using existing M4 screws/holes

Ender 5 Plus version replaces the left-rear Mercury One riser for the bed using existing M4 screws.

M3 screw-cap is to ensure the switch is actuated without slipping off the edge of the screw head.
