WARNING: Do not assembly if you have no electrical knowledge, this can be dangerous if you set something on fire!

Also, this is not intended to be used for longer periods of time, plastik will melt at some point.

Filament welder with heater.

You will need:

4x M5 nuts
4x M5x16 screw
1x Longer M5 screw or just rod that is not longer than 34mm
2x Wire
Kapton Tape
2-4 M5 washers
Resistance Wire
5-12V Power supply (depending on your coil resistance.)
Aluminium sheet (for cooking)

Assembly is pretty straight forward, if you can't push M5 nuts, use longer screw until nuts go all the way up, remember to put wires before doing that. After that put aluminium sheet in clamp so it can hold the weld.

Make sure coil is in between ground and filament, not too close to anything.

Print main body and insert in 0.2mm layer height PET or PETG or other high temp resistance plastic.
Print clamp with 0.1-0.15 layer height with any plastic, i used PET here from bottles.

Infil around 10-30%. This part doesnt need any strength
