Taller Klicky Dock For special multi-mod compatibility (5 mm height boost)

I needed a Klicky Docking setup that works with my Ventermech dock AND 3DP and Me's klicky-for-vcore3 setup AND front belt tensioners.  I managed to make this all work by combining 3DP and Me's system with this custom dock part that lets me raise the klicky up by 5 mm to compensate for the fact that I can't use the bracket in the main Klicky printables with the front belt tensioners or the Ventermech dock.

Another additional klicky arm mod lets me use MFBS's superlight system, too (see separate poste).
