Nozzle Dial with more sizes and case

Basic remix of the dial with more sizes. now it has 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 all around the dial (I also removed the little tab on the pillar). 

prints very easily, you can add a color change at 3.5mm height. 
Included the knob but it hasn't changed.

I suggest attaching on the back, with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue, this little clip : https://www.printables.com/model/218179-2020-extrusion-clip
so you can clip the dial indicator on the top profile of an Ender 3.

I've created a case that shows only the current size. you just “sandwich” (put in the middle) the dial. the original knob will be too longer, so I've remixed it too.
