Fidget Clicking Wheel 2.0

This toy is designed you get a click feeling sensation when you rotate the wheel. Slim body for cool appearance and good click feel!

What is Fidget toy?: A fidget toy is typically a small object used for pleasant but purposeless activity with the hands. 

Customizable click feeling and case design you can choose from:

• Two types of springs - Hard or Normal
• Three types of gear wheels - 40T, 28T or 20T (20T has half the click interval of 40T)
• Two types of case design - A or B
• My recommended choices are normal spring with 40T gear wheel.

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG
• Layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm (For your information, I tested it at 0.30mm and it was quite tight due to the tolerance.)
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 2

Assembly: 

Before assembling, fit each wheel into its respective casing and ensure smooth rotation. If the rotation feels stiff, use a file to trim it as necessary.

Finally, set the spring and make sure the wheel is engaged, then attach the opposite side of the case.
